About Me.

Hi - I'm Nick. 

Growing up in the Bay Area, I’ve had the privilege of watching its landscape and communities change and grow – which has led to my goal of contributing to that evolution. 

I graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco's School of Management. This experience has allowed me to become acquainted with the diverse branches involved in business operations and analytics, while still remaining and experiencing innovation found in the Bay Area. 

I have a passion for understanding how intricate concepts operate, and how they can be improved. 

This translated through to my experience at Smart Oak Corporation, where I learned how to operate a REIT from its planning phases, through its accelerated growth, and into an established multifamily owner & operator. 

Seeking another challenge, I joined Maximus Real Estate Partners, where I began as an accountant focused on cleaning up delinquent receivables in their immense 3,690+ unit portfolio. Rising to become their go-to property accountant, I transitioned to modernizing our practices and promoting efficiency. The real estate industry can be slow to adapt to new tech, and I made it my goal to expedite the transition within our team. 

My greatest joy is discovery. In my free time I'm digging through Zillow & San Francisco's Planning Department GIS map, urban photography (Such as my LinkedIn header photo), and during in winter - skiing. 

I'm an INTJ-A personality, however I’m still trying to determine if knowing that makes it anymore true. Please feel welcome to reach out, I am always excited to meet new people!
